Associations: Intuition, connecting with the group mind, accessing the Akashic records, clairvoyance, clairaudience,lapis lazuli, amethyst
Physical Body: Face, nose, sinuses, ears, eyes, pituitary gland, nervous system
Emotions: Spiritual advancement, release of painful memories, balancing sleep cycle
This chakra is also known as the Third Eye and working on activating it will aid in intuitive divination and psychic work. Working with this chakra too much or too fast can cause headaches.
