Salvē is a good all-purpose greeting that I think most High Magick or Greco-Roman based folks should understand. Any fraternal organization will have its own traditional greetings, of course. For Hellenismos it'd be the ancient Greek Khaíre or Khaírete (for more than one person). Em hotep is used by Kemetic traditions. Most Celtic-based folks and Wiccans use "blessed be" and "Merry Meet" and "Merry Part", as these are derived from within some Wiccan specific rituals. And many of the rest of us also use them because we must assimilate. Many people use "Aho" - I believe that's linked to Native American tradition, but I'm not sure. That's more information than you asked for, but hopefully what you're looking for is in there.
